My passion for helping others reach their goals and become strong leaders in the workplace, led me to join the High Performance Institute, as well as, the John Maxwell Team and Success Principle (Jack Canfield). I am extremely positive, enthusiastic, and a very goal-oriented coach, trainer and speaker. I want only the best for you and your organization.

For over 15 years prior to joining the High Performance Institute, the John Maxwell Team and The Jack Canfield, I have been training and coaching staff in a number of countries (ranging from top executives to front line staff) at some of the largest companies in the world. I was brought up in a family-owned and operated business where I was involved in sales, management and a variety of business activities from a very young age. After receiving an international business degree at the University of Denver, Colorado, I went on to work for and later manage large companies. As a result of my prior experiences I have accumulated a wide-ranging understanding of the workings of businesses, which benefits the companies I work with. I can quickly spot out my clients’ problem areas by using probing questions, and I do not hesitate to dive in and discuss problems to resolve any difficult situations.

I am originally from Iceland, and I have extensive international experience from studying abroad, living, and working with companies across the world. My wide-ranging international experience gives me an edge when it comes to cross-group and cross-cultural collaborations. I am looking forward to working with you and your organization as a High Performance Coach, Trainer or Speaker.
